One-Line Bio

Biography

Born in a small town in Idaho, I went to Barnard College in New York City, experiencing culture shock and the excitement of many new ideas. I couldn’t manage to combine my interests in philosophy, psychology and all things spiritual, so I gave up trying at that point, married, had two children, then brought them all back to Idaho with me in a search for roots. I now live with two

my dog and cat on half an acre, close to and connected with a growing extended family.

After getting a Masters degree in Adult Education, I went on to discover the (new) field that fit my interests and abilities and trained to become a life coach. I call myself a life directions coach because of my own experience that a focus on the path will lead to a successful life even if the destination is not what I had expected. I work with my clients to explore their own various pieces to create an integrated whole. Then opportunities arise and dreams can be realized, step-by-step.

My clients are bright, sensitive and creative individuals who face major transitions, requiring exploration and revamping of their very identities.
